2. Digital Products
& Offline Class Bookings
1. *Digital Products (E-Books & Video Courses):* Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content. All digital materials remain the intellectual property of *Elearnstocks LLP* and may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed.
2. *Offline Classroom Seats:* Booking a seat reserves your place for the specific date and venue selected. Venue or batch changes by us due to low enrollment or unforeseen events will result in a transfer to a future batch or a full refund.
3. Payment Methods & Terms
We accept online payments processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms of the respective payment gateway and card issuing network/bank.
3.1. Unified Payments
Interface (UPI)
1. *UPI Transactions:* Payments made via UPI (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) require real-time authentication via your UPI PIN.
2. *Failed/Debited UPI Transactions:* In the event of a
payment failure where funds are debited from your bank account but not credited
to us, the money is usually held in interbank clearance and will be
automatically refunded to your original bank account by your PSP bank within *3
to 7 business days*. Access to digital products or offline seats will only be
granted upon successful settlement confirmation.
3.2. Debit Cards & Credit Cards
1. *Authorized Usage:* You represent and warrant that you are the authorized holder of the credit or debit card used for the transaction.
2. *3D Secure Verification:* All card transactions require 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) such as OTP verification. We do not store full card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
3. *Chargebacks & Disputes:* Fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback requests initiated through your issuing bank will lead to immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting from our platform.
3.3. Equated Monthly
Installments (EMI) & Pay Later
1. *Financing via Bank/Provider:* EMI options (Credit Card EMI, Debit Card EMI, or No-Cost EMI) are extended directly by your card-issuing bank or third-party non-banking financial company (NBFC) through our payment gateway.
2. *Interest & Processing Fees:*
* Applicable bank interest rates, processing fees, or foreclosure charges associated with your chosen EMI plan are determined exclusively by your bank and billed on your monthly credit card / bank statement.
* Elearnstocks LLP has no control over bank interest calculations or eligibility approvals for Debit/Credit EMI.
3. *Refunds on EMI Orders:* If a refund is issued for an EMI purchase (where permitted by our cancellation policy), the refund will be credited back to your credit card or bank account. However, any non-refundable bank processing fees or interest already charged by your bank remain your responsibility.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. *E-Books & Video Courses:* Due to the immediate access granted to digital downloads and streamable content, *all sales of e-books and video courses are final and non-refundable*.
2. *Offline Classes:*
* Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event date may receive an 80% refund.
* Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, *Elearnstocks LLP*, its partners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses, lost profits, or trading losses arising from:
* The use or reliance on our e-books, video courses, or offline training.
* Technical outages, gateway delays, or payment processing errors via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or EMI providers.
6. Governing Law
& Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of *India. Any legal actions or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **Kolkata, West Bengal*.
